The RAB11A-related disorder is characterized by intellectual disability, delays in the child’s development (walking, talking, etc.), problems with walking and movement, distinct facial features, and other possible challenges like vision problems, autistic behaviour, seizures, heart problems, digestive problems and obesity. Some children may also experience early signs of puberty. The condition of some individuals may worsen over time.
